I found the service a little disappointing. Some staff seemed new and inexperienced. More training would benefit them greatly. the noise from traffic was louder than expected, even though I know we were in the city, this, made sleeping a challenge.

The room seemed to have a mind of its own when it came to temperature I could not control it. The noise levels were a bit much, mostly traffic. The constant sound made sleep difficult.

the staff were friendly and happy to chat. i had good food and a comfortable room. the location proved convenient (especially for using local transport). the breakfast was lovely and filled me up for the day.

My room was well-equipped. I got an iron and ironing board immediately after I asked. Breakfast included perfect poached eggs with toast. I especially appreciated the free on-site parking. This was a key factor in my choice. The young man at reception carried my bag upstairs, a nice touch.
